あえて申しますけれども検察の首脳陣の1人に、直接長い話を聞きました。
それだけじゃなくてそれをさらに別な政府当局者、閣僚も含めて僕なりに確認したうえで申しますが

僕なりに整理した事実経過で言いますとね、
実は仙谷官房長官が柳田法務大臣を二度にわたって呼んで、その時に、

「このまま行けば指揮権発動を考えなきゃいけなくなるかも知れないねえ」

と、で、

「あなたは法務大臣としてコレを大林宏検事総長に伝えるべきじゃないか」

という風に言ったと。

青山：
はい、そういうこと。
で柳田法務大臣はそれを大林検事総長に伝えて、で大林検事総長の最終的な判断として、指揮権発動されるよりは、船長の釈放を自ら決めた方がマシだろうということだったと。

で、検察の内部にはこの際指揮権発動をやらせたらいいじゃないかという意見もあったけれども最終的には検察というのはピラミッド社会ですから、検事総長がそういう決断すれば・・・
だから那覇地検もへったくれもないわけですよ！
那覇地検でこんなこと決められるわけがない。
